Go Tec provides only the highest quality nurses and carers to our clients. We achieve this by ensuring all our candidates receive relevant mandatory and specialist training to keep their skills up to date.
Unlike other agencies, we don’t just offer online training, we also run courses in-person, delivered by our experienced in-house team. This allows everyone to learn in a way that is best suited to their circumstances and learning style.

Free mandatory courses
We offer free* mandatory online and face-to-face CPD-accredited training for Go Tec registered nurses and carers. Once a course has been completed, it is logged on our system automatically, so there is no need to provide a certificate when applying for one of our roles. However, if you do require a certificate these are also available to download for a small administrative fee.

In addition to our mandatory courses, we also offer specialised CPD training for healthcare professionals, in-person and online, in a wide range of subjects, including:
Revalidation support
Every nurse is required to keep their registration active with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), which involves going through a revalidation process every three years. This can be time-consuming and stressful, but we’re here to support our candidates and make the process as simple as possible. Our friendly, knowledgeable team are always on-hand to answer any questions about revalidation, as well as offer support with administrative tasks, including collating supporting evidence for the application.
