Training and development
At Go Tec we are dedicated to helping our nurses and carers develop their skills and progress in their careers by providing regular professional training and supporting them through the NMC revalidation process.
We offer a wide range of courses, from mandatory CPD training to more specialised education. In addition to online courses, we are unique in offering free, in-house, face-to-face training, which is highly valued by healthcare providers and gives you the flexibility to complete your training in a way that suits you.

How do I register with Go Tec?

How do I apply for jobs?
Once you have registered (see question above) you will be given access the members’ area, where you can see available shifts and set your availability. Our team will contact you when they find a suitable role and book this for you. You will receive notification via text message to let you know once the employer has accepted your application and the shift is confirmed.
What information can I see about the jobs?
You’ll be able to see the date and times of the shift, as well as the employer and address.
How will I get paid?
Payments are made directly into your bank account on a weekly basis for any shifts completed.
Do you offer training?
We offer free mandatory training for our registered nurses and carers, both online and in-person. We also offer specialised training courses if required, you can find out more here.
What if I can’t access the members' area?

What should I do if there is an issue with the employer?
